After Hours Pick-Ups: If you can’t pick up your dog before closing, call us at 404-873-5400. Arrange for someone else to pick-up, book overnight boarding, or request a late pick-up (up to 30 minutes after closing, staff availability permitting). For safety reasons, two staff members are required for late pick-ups, so they may not always be possible. A $40 fee applies for late pick-ups. We don’t offer pick-ups more than 30 minutes after closing. If you forget to call, your dog will be cared for overnight.
