Are all customers required to buy a BARK Pass membership?

No, you can still pay for Daycare daily if you choose.

 

Will Pre-paid Daycare Packages still be offered?

Pre-Paid Daycare Packages will no longer be available for purchase starting July 16,2026, as we transition to BARK Pass memberships. If you have an existing Pre-Paid Daycare Package, the existing days may be used until the package is fully redeemed or expires.

Can you utilize a BARK Pass daycare membership for overnight boarding overage charges?

No, BARK Pass daycare memberships are exclusive to daycare services.

How do I cancel a BARK Pass daycare membership if needed?

To cancel, contact us via email at least 7 days before your renewal date and we’ll take care of the rest and send a confirmation.

Do BARK Pass membership days roll over month-to-month?

No, days do not roll over, so please enroll in the membership level that fits your needs.

  • Automatic 10% Discount on boarding stays of seven or more consecutive nights!
  • Boarding charges are based on 24 hour period starting at drop-off. Any pick-up after 24 hours will incur a boarding overage fee of $10 per hour. If the boarding overage is 3-6 hours, a flat fee of $26 will be charged. If over 6 hours, a flat fee of $35 will be charged.
  • There is a one-time boarding surcharge of $20 per dog on the following holidays: New Years’ Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Professional Grooming

Grooming prices vary depending on the size of the dog, the length/thickness of the coat, and the services required. Please contact us to discuss your dog’s specific needs.

Deluxe Wash

Includes bathing, brushing, nail trim, ear cleaning, and gland expression (if needed). Walk-ins welcome, depending on availability.

Haircuts

By appointment only. All haircuts include a Deluxe Wash. We offer shave-downs, puppy cuts, breed cuts and specialty cuts.

A La Carte Services

We offer nail trimming, nail filing, teeth brushing, de-shedding, flea baths, and more. For a full list of a la carte services, please contact our front desk.

 
Medication & Food

Feeding Your Dog

We will be happy to feed your dog our premium grain-free blended house food for $10 daily.

Medications Administration

Giving medication to a pet can be challenging and often requires an investment of time.
The safekeeping, logging, and dispensing of all meds is handled by our Management Team.
We will administer any needed medications to your pet for a flat fee of $10 per day.
