Prohibited Breeds: Piedmont Bark does not accept the following breeds, nor any mixes or variations thereof: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Dogue de Bordeaux, Dogo Argentino, Dogo Sardenescos, Presa Canario, Presa Maalorquin (Ca de Bou), Cane Corso, Bully Kutta, Tosa, Bandog, or any dog generally described as a "pit bull-type" dog. Please note: To protect the health and safety of our employees, clients, and the pets in our care, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to any dog who does not meet the above requirements. STEP 2: Register your dog(s).Clicking the link below will take you to our online registration system, hosted by PetExec®. Please note that there are TWO steps to completing your registration: 1. Creating your Account and 2. Adding Your Pet(s) to your account. (Please read instructions before clicking the link). 1) Creating Your Account: When you first click the link below, you will be taken to a "Create Account" page. Simply fill out the form, then click "Create Account" button at the bottom of the page. Once you have created your account, you will be signed into your account on our system. (NOTE: Once signed in, your registration info will be displayed for your convenience, just in case you need to modify it.) 2) Adding Your Pet(s): Once signed in, you must then add your pet(s) to your account. To do so, click the "Owners and Pets" button, located in the menu to the left side of the page. Then, click "Show Pet Information." You will now be able to add pets to your account. Once you have added your pet(s) to your account, you're done! Feel free to log out of the system. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER (The registration page will open in a new window, so you can leave this page open for reference.) STEP 3: Schedule your dog's first visit (Trial Day).Once you have completed your registration form, contact us via phone or email to schedule your dog's Trial Day. Please note that all dogs are required to attend a Trial Day prior to any Daycare or Boarding reservations being confirmed (Trial Days are not required for Grooming-only dogs). Also note that we are required to have a hard copy of all dogs' up-to-date vaccination records prior to providing any services. You can simply bring the record with you on your dog's first visit, or have your vet fax it to us.
Upon your pet's first visit with us, you will be asked to sign the required Sebastian Enterprises, LLC - Piedmont Bark Release Form verifying the information on the registration form. Please contact us if someone other than yourself (the owner as identified in the registration form) will be dropping off your dog for its first stay at Piedmont Bark. This being case, we will need to send you a release form in advance to be signed and returned at the time of drop-off. Under no circumstances may a dog be left in Piedmont Bark's care without a signed release form.
