About Your Account

When you join us at Piedmont BARK, you create an online account to access your records with us. You can:

  • View and modify your contact information
  • Update your payment methods
  • Update your home address
  • View your account balance and purchase history
  • View the status of daycare packages on your account,
  • View or modify your pets’ information, such as vaccination due dates, allergy information, feeding and medication instructions
  • Update the list of persons authorized to pick up your pet.

Log in and update your PetExec account frequently, especially when something about your situation changes. Keeping your records updated helps us follow your instructions.

We use a powerful, secure, top-of-the-line kennel software, PetExec. When you register with Piedmont BARK, you create a secure username and password for the PetExec system that allows you to access your account with Piedmont BARK and make changes to it at any time.
