Are the playgroups always supervised?

Yes, of course! All playgroups are under the constant supervision of our experienced staff. We assign 1-3 staff members per playgroup, depending on the size of the dogs and the number of dogs in the playgroup. It basically works out to be about 10 dogs per staff member, though the staff are never isolated from one another; we have an open floor plan that allows all team members to be in constant communication.
